Connections at Home

Connections at Home is a nonprofit organization that provides resources to support the homebound and their families and caregivers.  Our staff will help our clients connect with others, and to find the services they need, whether it be housing, in-home care, medical services, or food and transportation.

Senior Friendly Computer or Tablet for Home Bound Seniors

Contact us to learn more about our program that provides a free, easy to use Telikin desktop or laptop computer, or a GrandPad tablet, for people who find it difficult to get out.

We bring you your tablet or computer and train you on it so that you can stay connected with family and friends. You will also be paired with a social worker who will video chat with you weekly, and help you with any social service needs you may have, such as housing, transportation, food, and access to medical care.
