Offers various services including diagnostic hearing evaluations, auditory processing disorders testing and comprehensive balance testing. It is open to the general public. The initiative is housed in the Township’s Department of Health & Human Services and is funded in part by a grant from the Partners for Health Foundation. Edgemont Park House open hours for seniors are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The CARE Act
The CARE Act helps family caregivers when their loved ones go into the hospital and as they transition home. The CARE Act requires NJ hospitals to provide you the opportunity to designate a family caregiver, notify your caregiver before you are discharged to another facility or back home, and provide explanation and demonstration of any medical task your caregiver will need to perform at home.

The Daily Social Club
The Daily Social Club offers live activity-based webinars for Seniors on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday. Seniors will be able to enjoy socialization, activities, games, music and discussions. The Friendship Line
The Friendship Line is an accredited crisis line (by the American Association of Suicidology) for people aged 60 years or older, and adults living with disabilities. Trained volunteers offer friendly conversation, on-going wellness checks, information referrals and grief support. Times available to call are from 10am to 11:30pm EST.

The New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center (TBBC) serves New Jersey residents of all ages (children, teens and adults) who cannot read standard print or who cannot hold a book or turn the pages of a book because of a physical impairment, a reading disability, or a vision impairment. TBBC provides no-cost, home-delivered services as a regional library of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS), a division of the U.S. Library of Congress. Vet Assist
VetAssist Program helps veterans, or their surviving spouses, apply for a little-known Department of Veterans Affairs benefit to pay for assistance with activities of daily living. After the file is submitted, they provide home care while the VA reviews the claim. Veterans Home Care will provide assistance with bathing, dressing, medication reminders, transportation, meal preparation, respite care and more.
