Our Services
Senior Friendly Computer or Tablet
We provide our clients with a senior friendly tablet or computer, train them on it, and offer ongoing tech support including repair and replacement handled by Connections at Home. We create email, social media, and Zoom accounts, allowing our clients to stay connected. They can take online classes, shop, access tele-health, play games, listen to music, share photos, and check the news and weather.
Social Worker
Clients are paired with a social worker who will video chat with them regularly, and help with any social service needs, such as housing, transportation, food, and access to medical care and counseling.
Resource Guide For Seniors
Our resource guide for seniors has a comprehensive listing of services for home bound seniors, including transportation, housing, home health aides, support groups, food, home improvements, attorneys, and providers who will come to your home such as podiatrists, optometrists, dentists, and hair stylists.
“I am just amazed. You are so wonderful. You uplift me when I am feeling kinda saggy. Thank you so much for the card from everyone. I really appreciate it. It’s a joy. Words mean a lot and the receipt of the words on the card. I know you and I have had some wonderful talks too along the way. Thank you so much for this opportunity to share again. Thank you, thank you, thank you. “
