Connecting Homebound Seniors to their Communities

We assist homebound seniors experiencing social isolation. Our support team connects them to their communities through easy-to-use technology

We have found that increasing social interactions can improve a senior's life.
We do this by providing our clients:
Our clients connect to food delivery, telehealth, church services, and interact with friends and family more often.

"I was skeptical at first. I can't tell you how comforting it is to talk to someone who understands me. This has opened up a whole new world for me."

Senior Friendly Computer or Tablet

We provide our clients with a senior friendly tablet or computer, train them on it, and offer ongoing tech support including repair and replacement handled by Connections at Home. We create email, social media, and Zoom accounts, allowing our clients to stay connected. They can take online classes, shop, access tele-health, play games, listen to music, share photos, and check the news and weather.

“I am just amazed. You are so wonderful. You uplift me when I am feeling kinda saggy. Thank you so much for the card from everyone. I really appreciate it. It’s a joy. Words mean a lot and the receipt of the words on the card. I know you and I have had some wonderful talks too along the way. Thank you so much for this opportunity to share again. Thank you, thank you, thank you. “
