Connections at Home was recently awarded an emergency COVID grant by The Montclair Foundation to support the work we do provide socially isolated seniors with a tablet or computer, and connecting them with a social worker. Thank you to The Montclair Foundation! Watch the video to hear the story of one of our clients.
Contact us to learn more about our program that provides a free, easy to use Telikin desktop or laptop computer, or a GrandPad tablet, for people who find it difficult to get out.
We bring you your tablet or computer and train you on it so that you can stay connected with family and friends. You will also be paired with a social worker who will video chat with you weekly, and help you with any social service needs you may have, such as housing, transportation, food, and access to medical care.

Establish a legacy that will benefit generations to come. Making a planned gift is a commendable way to link your family’s name in perpetuity to the necessary mission of Connections at Home. A planned gift is pledged now and gifted at a later date. There are a variety of ways to make a planned gift at no cost to you; some can give you income now.
